1. Provider and scope
PrintMatch (printmatch.preq.eu) is operated by PreQ GmbH, Ovelgönneweg 2, 28844 Weyhe, Germany. These terms apply to every use of the service. By uploading files you accept them.
2. Service
PrintMatch compares two or three PDF files and assesses for each pair whether they are identical, identical in content or different. The service is free of charge. The result is a technical approximation (see Disclaimer). There is no entitlement to availability; we may change, restrict or discontinue the service at any time.
3. Obligations of users
- You upload only files you are entitled to process.
- You do not upload unlawful content.
- You respect the technical limits (file size, page count, number of files, comparisons per hour) and do not circumvent them.
- Bulk requests, automated access and integration of the service into other systems are not permitted without our prior written consent.
4. No storage
Uploaded files are processed in memory only and deleted immediately after the comparison. Details are given in the privacy policy. Keep your own copies; recovery via PrintMatch is not possible.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded. The disclaimer regarding comparison results remains unaffected.
6. Rights
The service, its software and design remain the property of PreQ GmbH. We acquire no rights in the files you upload.
7. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of PreQ GmbH. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
