Accessibility statement

PreQ GmbH strives to make PrintMatch (printmatch.preq.eu) accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG), which implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).
Compliance status
PrintMatch is partially compliant with EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 level AA. We continuously work on improving accessibility.
Measures implemented
- All functions can be operated by keyboard; the file drop area responds to Enter and Space.
- Status messages are announced to screen readers via a live region.
- Visible focus indicators, a "skip to content" link and language markup.
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1; assessments are given as text in addition to colour.
- Responsive layout and zoom without loss of function; no animations when "reduce motion" is set.
Known limitations
The comparison images (diff images) are visual representations whose content cannot be fully described in text. The affected page and the deviation in percent are additionally provided as text.

Enforcement procedure
If you believe that PrintMatch does not meet the legal accessibility requirements and contacting us does not lead to a solution, you may contact the German market surveillance authority for the accessibility of products and services (Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, MLBF).
